Domain Expired Notice - 12:00 Midnight to Current + Updates + Resolved
It shows that we did not pay the bill. We did, in full, for the whole year on 5/7/09 and it is a recurring payment no less!!
This is a WOWbb.com issue not taking care of their clients. We have calls & service tickets placed and this should be up shortly.
The site never should have gone down. WOWbb does this to us every year. *grrrr*
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
ETA 1536CT: Some people are able to see the forum. If you can't - try it later. We still have not heard from WOWbb so we aren't sure what is going on.
ETA 1748CT: Still no word from WOWbb. We will keep you posted. This may down for a 24+ hours.
ETA 2204CT: Still no word from WOWbb. Matter of fact the case hasn't even been assigned to someone yet. Poor customer service on their behalf especially for a customer who paid well before the bill was due. Please be patient. This forum will get up and running if I have to go there myself and flip the switch.
ETA: 0808CT: Well the case was finally assigned and this is the bunk we were told "I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Your new order was not properly entered to our records. I will make sure that this will not happen next year. Your domain will come back online within 24 hours." So, it appears it will be another 24 hours. We are sorry about this. And we did voice our disappointment to them.
ETA 1000CT: The forum is up.

July 29, 2008 Forum Down 0744 CT + Update + Resolved
It appears the support forum has been down since approximately midnight Pacific Time. We are trying to contact WOWbb support but it seems all of their pages have been converted to "Admin Access Only" so we are unable to see if there are other boards experiencing problems.
We will keep you posted.
Update 7/29/08 1234 CT: We have been able to send a message to WOWbb for support. We are not sure when they will respond. Please hang in there. We hope this will be resolved shortly.
Update 7/29/08 1911 CT: The forum issue has been resolved. Happy Posting!

Domain Expired Notice + Updates + Resolved!!
As of 5/27/08, The forum is down for a few days. We never got a notice that our domain was about to expire. (Yes, there are charges for both the server & domain registration.)
Support is famously slow. Hopefully we will be up and running at the end of the night.
We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Update: 5/28/08: We have support tickets, emails and phone calls in. We are now waiting for a response back. Hopefully this will be resolved by the end of the business day.
Update: 5/28/08 4:00PM CT - Forum is still down, we do have support tickets out there, they have finally been assigned. Hopefully we hear something soon. This may be a little wait. :(
Update: 5/29/08 10:30AM CT - Forum is still down. The person who handles billing for the domain hasn't gotten back to us. Worst case scenario, we may end up having to move the forum to a new URL. I have some hope though that it will be fixed soon. Please send us some good vibes that this gets fixed soon.
Update: 5/30/08 8:50AM CT - The situation is resolved. Domain is up and running, though I can't see it but Heidi can. You may not be able to see it right away, but some people are already on and surfing. Keep Checking. Thank you for you patience. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused everyone. It appears everything is resolved. :) Thanks for the good vibes!!!
If you haven’t bookmarked it already, please be sure to bookmark our forum status blog: http://apsfaforum.blogspot.com/ . This is where we update when the forum is down for more than 2 hours.
